Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Bandarawela Depot TATA LP 1210/42 bus (BW 05 / 30ශ්‍රී3124) photographed in Bandarawela on 12 July 2017. This classic SLTB Type C bus, built by the Central Workshop, Ekala on a TATA LP 1210/42 chassis, was manufactured in India in 1983 and registered on 1 September 1983. The bus was originally allocated to Negombo Depot before being transferred to Bandarawela Depot, where it continued to provide reliable passenger transport for many years. At the time this photograph was taken, the bus was operating on a local service between Boralanda and Bandarawela, representing one of the long-serving TATA buses that played a significant role in Sri Lanka's public transport system during the 1980s and beyond. Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Kappetipola DTS, Mercedes-Benz LP 322/42 bus, featuring a body built by the Werahera Workshop, photographed at the Kappetipola Depot on 28 November 2013. The bus was originally acquired by the CTB Badulla Depot in 1963 and was later transferred to Kappetipola Depot in the early 1980s. Following its transfer, it was allocated to passenger services between Nuwara Eliya and Badulla. After a relatively short period in regular passenger service, the bus was transferred to the Driver Training School, where it was used for driver training purposes. By the time of this photograph, the bus had undergone several repairs and modifications. The front section had been altered considerably, giving it an appearance resembling a TATA bus, particularly around the front fascia. Photo by: Bruce Harris / Photo courtesy: "Sri Lankan Buses - Past & Present", a publication by buses worldwide. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා මධ්‍යම ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ම.ග.ම.) රත්මලාන ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වූ, තනි තට්ටුවේ බසයක් ලෙස පරිවර්ථනය කරන ලද AEC Regent RT වර්ගයේ දෙමහල් බස් රථයක් 1981 මාර්තු මස පිළියන්දල දී. 1965 වසරේ ධාවනයට එක්වී ඇති රථය 1970 දශකයේ මැද භාගයේ මෙලෙස තනි තට්ටුවේ බසයක් ලෙස උඩුබද්දාව වැඩපොළේ දී පරිවර්ථනය කර ඇත. ඇතැම් ප්‍රදේශ වල දෙමහල් බස් රථ ධාවනය කරවීමේදී ඇති වූ යම් යම් ගැටළු සහගත තත්වයන් නිසා මෙලෙස දෙමහල් බස් රථ තනි මහල් බස් රථ ලෙස පරිවර්ථනය කරවීමට ලංගම විසින් තීරණය කර තිබී ඇති අතර එම ක්‍රියාවලිය සඳහා යොදාගෙන ඇත්තේ උඩුබද්දාව ප්‍රාදේශීය වැඩපොළයි. වැඩපොළ භූමියේ පූර්වයේ පැවති උඩුබද්දාව ඩිපෝව එම ස්ථානයෙන් ඉවත් කර එම බස් රථ වෙනත් ආසන්න ඩිපෝවන් වෙත අනියුක්ත කර එහි ප්‍රාදේශීය වැඩපොළ පිහිටුවා ඇත. මුල් කාලීනව එම වැඩපොළේ දී දෙමහල් බස් රථ තනි මහල් බස් රථ ලෙස පරිවර්ථනය කෙරෙන ක්‍රියාවලිය සිදු කර ඇත. 1981 වසරේ ඡායාරූපය ලබා අවස්ථාවේ මාර්ග අංක 255 යටතේ කොට්ටාව හා ගල්කිස්ස අතර ධාවනයට යොදවා ඇත. ඡායාරූපය උපුටා ගැනීම: buses worldwide මගින් ප්‍රකාශිත "Sri Lankan Buses - Past & Present" නම් ග්‍රන්ථයෙනි.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Kuliyapitiya depot, Ruby bodied TATA LP 1510/42 Turbo SLTB edition bus (KP 145 / NA-7116) at Anuradhapura with a special tour. Body built by Ruby coach builders according to the SLTB specifcations and aquired to the SLTB fleet in 2008. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) කුලියාපිටිය ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන, රුබී බඳ සහිත ටාටා LP 1510/42 turbo වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් අනුරාධපුර දී. ශ්‍රී ලංගම පිරිවිතරයන්ට අනුව සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේදී නිමවා 2008 වසරේ ශ්‍රී ලංගම රථ ඇණිය හා එක් කර ඇත. ඡායාරූපය ලබාගත්තේ විශේෂ චාරිකාවක් යටතේ ධාවනය වන අවස්ථාවකය.

Allocated for the services between Hathkela and Deraniyagala -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) දැරණියගල ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන, රුබී බඳ සහිත ටාටා LP 1510/42 වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් දැරණියගල දී. සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේදී නිමවා ඇති රථය 2006 වසරේ ශ්‍රී ලංගම රථ ඇණිය හා එක්වී ඇත. ඡායාරූපය ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේ රථය දැරණියගල සිට හත්කෑල බලා ධාවනය වෙමින් තිබුණි.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Avissawella depot, Bharat bodied Ashok Leyland Lynx 4200 bus (NC-2971) at Avissawella. The bus acquired to the SLTB fleet in 2015. Allocated for the services between Yatiyantota and Avissawella. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) අවිස්සාවේල්ල ඩිපෝවට අලුතින් ලැබුණු භාරත් බඳ සහිත අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් ලයින්ක්ස් 4200 වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් අවිස්සාවේල්ලේ දී. සම්පූරණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිමවා ඇති රථයේ බඳ නිපදවා ඇත්තේ Bharat coach builders සමාගම මගිනි. ලංකා අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් සමාගමට ලබාදුන් වයිකින්ග් බස් රථ 2200 ක ඇණවුමට අමතරව, ඊට සමගාමීව කඳුකර මාර්ග ආවරණය කෙරෙන ඩිපෝවන් සඳහා මෙම C කාණ්ඩයේ ලයින්ක්ස් බස් රථ 80 ක් සඳහා ද ඇණවුම් ලබාදී තිබුණි. මේ වනවිට ඒවායින් බොහොමයක් ඩිපෝවන් වෙත සපයා දී ඇත.ඡායාරූපය ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේ මෙම රථය යටියන්තොට හා අවිස්සාවේල්ල අතර ධාවනයට යොදවා තිබුණි.

Ltd සමාගමේ නිෂ්පාදිතය. විශේෂ ධාවන අවශ්‍යතා මත 2014 වසරේ දෙසැම්බර් මස, උපයා ගෙවීමේ පදනම මත ඩිපෝවට ලබාගෙන ඇත.
