Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Ambalantota Depot MG Alma-bodied Ashok Leyland Leera luxury bus (NE-3617) is seen at the Makumbura Multimodal Center (MMC), moments before departing for Hambantota. The bus was obtained from Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC on a temporary hire basis and was allocated for expressway services between Makumbura and Hambantota via Agunukolapelessa. The bus was specially painted in a “Senkadagalapura” themed livery, featuring artwork inspired by the Sri Dalada Maligawa, traditional Kandyan elephants, and other cultural motifs associated with the heritage of Kandy. The photograph was taken on 29 August 2026 at the Makumbura Multimodal Center, shortly after the bus commenced its journey towards Hambantota. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනානගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) අම්බලන්තොට ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන MG Alma බඳ සහිත අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් ලීරා වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් මාකුඹුර බහිවිධ ප්‍රවාහන මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ දී. ලංකා අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් (පොදු) සමාගම මගින් තාවකාලික කුලී පදනම මත ඩිපෝවට ලබාගත් බස් රථය මාකුඹුර හා හම්බන්තොට අතර අධිවේගී මාර්ග සේවා සඳහා යොදවා තිබුණි. ශ්‍රී දළදා මාලිගාව, සාම්ප්‍රදායික මහනුවර ඇත් රූප සහ මහනුවර උරුමය හා බැඳුණු වෙනත් සංස්කෘතික අංග ඇසුරෙන් නිර්මාණය කළ සිතුවමක් සහිතව, "සෙංකඩගලපුර" තේමාවට අනුකූලව මෙම බස් රථය විශේෂයෙන් වර්ණ ගන්වා තිබුණි. මෙම ඡායාරූපය 2026 අගෝස්තු මස 29 වන දින මාකුඹුර බහුවිධ ප්‍රවාහන මධ්‍යස්ථානයේදී, බස් රථය හම්බන්තොට බලා සිය ගමන ආරම්භ කර මද වේලාවකට පසු ලබා ගන්නා ලදී.

Playing on a city service between Kiribathgoda and Angulana under the route number 154. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) රත්මලාන ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන Northern Counties බඳ සහිත MCW MKII වර්ගයේ දෙමහල් බස් රථයක් මිලාගිරියේ දී. 2005 වසරේ බ්‍රිතාන්‍යයෙන් ලැබෙන සුනාමි අධාරයක් ලෙස ශ්‍රී ලංගමට ලැබී ඇති මෙම බස් රථය 1987 වසරේ නිපදවූවකි. ප්‍රථමයෙන් රත්මලාන ඩිපෝවට ලැබී ඇති මෙම බස් රථය පසුකාලීනව මතුගම ඩිපෝව වෙතද අනියුක්තව ධාවනය වී ඇත. එහෙත් පසුකාලීනව මතුගම ඩිපෝව මගින් ධාවනයන් සීමා කිරීම නිසා මෙලෙස 2017 වසරේ නැවත රත්මලාන ඩිපෝවට පවරාගෙන අලුත්වැඩියා කර නැවත ධාවනයට එක්කර ඇත. ඡායාරූපය ලබාගත් අවස්ථාවේ මාර්ග අංක 154 යටතේ කිරිබත්ගොඩ සිට අඟුලාන බලා ධාවනය වෙමින් තිබුණි.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Thanamalwila depot, Ashok Leyland Viking Turbo 54 seater bus bus (TW 07 / NA-9041) at the Wellawaya bus stand. Allocated for the services between Wellawaya and Badulla under the route number 998/8. Acquired to the depot in 2011 under a leasing scheme. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) තණමල්විල ඩිපෝවට, උපයා ගෙවීමේ පදනම මත 2011 වසරේ මිලදී ගෙන ඇති අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් ටර්බෝ වර්ගයේ ආසන 54 බස් රථයක් වැල්ලවාය බස් නැවතුමේ දී. ඡායාරූපය ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේ රථය මාර්ග අංක 998/8 යටතේ වැල්ලවාය හා බදුල්ල අතර ධාවනයට යොදවා තිබුණි.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Homagama depot, Lanka Ashok Leyland Viking modified bus (HG 03 / 62-2178) at the Malabe bus stand. Awaiting to leave for the Dr. Neville Fernando teaching hospital under the route number 336. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) හෝමාගම ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන ලංකා අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් මාලබේ බස් නැවතුමේ දී. 1995 වසරේ එවකට ජනතා සන්තක ප්‍රවාහන සේවය යටතේ ධාවනයට එක්වී ඇති මෙම බස් රථයේ බඳ, ලංකා අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් සමාගම මගින් මෙරටදී එකලස් කර ඇත. කෙසේ උවද පසුකාලීන අලුත්වැඩියාවන් වලදී රථය මුල් පෙනුමෙන් වෙනස් වී ඇති බව දක්නට ලැබේ. ඡායාරූපය ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේ මාර්ග අංක 336 යටතේ කොට්ටාව සිට මාලබේ හරහා වෛද්‍ය නෙවිල් ප්‍රනාන්දු ශික්ෂණ රෝහල බලා ධාවනය වීමට සූදානමින් තිබුණි.

Body built by Lanka Ashok Leyland and aquired to the PTS fleet in 1995. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) ගල්ගමුව ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන ලංකා අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් 193 වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් ඩිපෝ පරිශ්‍රයේ දී. රථයේ බඳ ලංකා අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් සමාගම මගින් හෝමාගම වැඩපොළේ දී නිමවා 1995 වසරේ, එවකට ජනතා සන්තක ප්‍රවාහන සේවය යටතේ ධාවනයට එක් කර ඇත.
