Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Gampaha depot, Brij bodied Ashok Leyland Viking 193 bus (63-3265) in the depot premises. Acquired to the GBC fleet in 2000. This photo was taken in April 2018 while it was allocated to the additional bus fleet of the depot. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) ගම්පහ ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන, බ්‍රිජ් බඳ සහිත අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් 193 වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් ඩිපෝ පරිශ්‍රයේ දී. සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිමවා ඇති රථය 2000 වසරේ එවකට ගම්පහ බස් සමාගම යටතේ ධාවනයට එක් වී ඇත. 2018 වසරේ අප්‍රේල් මස ඡායාරූපය ලබගාන්නා අවස්ථාවේ ඩිපෝවේ අතිරේක බස් රථයක් ලෙස භාවිතයේ තිබුණි.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Kataragama depot, Brij bodied Ashok Leyland Comet Minor bus (KTG 86 / GD-9933) at the Kataragama bus stand. Body built by Brij and Associates in India and acquired to the fleet in 2001.This photo was taken in 2013 while it was allocated for the services between Buttala and Kataragama via Gonaganara -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) කතරගම ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන Brij බඳ සහිත අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් කොමට් මයිනර් වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් කතරගම බස් නැවතුමේ දී. 2001 වසරේ එවකට පොකුරු බස් සමාගම් යටතේ ධාවනයට ඒක වී ඇති රථය සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිමවා ඇත. පසුකාලීන අලුත්වැඩියාවන් වලදී රථයේ මුහුණත එහි මුල් පෙනුමෙන් වෙනස් වී ඇති බව නිරීක්ෂණය වේ. 2013 වසරේ ඡායාරූපය ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේ කතරගම හා බුත්තල අතර ධාවනයට යොදවා තිබුනේ ගෝනගංආර හරහාය.

Rehabilitated and modified by depot workers in 2012 to celebrate the President's induction. The bus was on its way to the President's induction ceremony at Kataragama when the photo was taken in 2012. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) සම්මාන්තුරේ උප ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන, බ්‍රිජ් බඳ සහිත අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් 193 වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් බුත්තල කතරගම මාර්ගයේ දී. සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිමවා ඇති රථය 1999 වසරේ එවකට නව නැගෙනහිර බස් සමාගම (නිව් ඊස්ටර්න් බස් කම්පැනි) යටතේ ධාවනයට එක් වී ඇත. පසුකාලීනව ධාවනයන් සීමාකොට තිබියෙදී, ජනාධිපතිතුමාගේ දෙවන පදවිප්‍රාප්තියේ දෙවන වසර සැමරීම නිමිත්තෙන් උප ඩිපෝ සේවක පිරිස විසින් 2012 වසරේ මෙලෙස අළුත්වැඩියා කර ධාවනයට සපයා තිබේ. ඡායාරූපය ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේ කතරගම පැවතී ජනපති පදවිප්‍රාප්ති සැමරුම් උත්සවය වෙත ධාවනය වෙමින් තිබුණි.

Allocated for the service on the Galle road between Moratuwa and Pettah under the route number 100. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) කටුබැද්ද ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන, බ්‍රිජ් බඳ සහිත අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් 193 වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් කොළඹ 04 මිලාගිරිය මංසන්ධියේ දී. සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිමවා ඇති රථය 1999 වසරේ එවකට කලම්බෝ මෙට්‍රෝපොලිටන් බස් සමාගම යටතේ ධාවනයට එක් වී ඇත. 2012 වසරේ මැයි මස ඡායාරූප ලබාගන්නා අවසථාවේ මාර්ග අංක 100 යටතේ පිටකොටුවේ සිට මොරටුව බලා ධාවනය වෙමින් තිබුණි. මේ වන විට ගාළු පාරේ මෙම දිශාවට රථ ධාවනය නොවන අතර මෙම බස් නවතුමද දැන් මෙහි නැත.

2018 වසරේ අගෝස්තු මස 27 වන දින අළුගොල්ලේදී වෙනත් රථයකට මාර්ගයේ ඉඩ දීමට ගිය අවස්ථාවේ මාර්ගයෙන් ඉවතට පැන ප්‍රපාතයකට පෙරළී යාම නිසා රථයට දැඩි හානි සිදුවී ඇති අතර එම අනතුරෙන් 15 හැවිරිදි දරුවෙකු ජීවිතක්ෂයට පත් වී තවත් 27 දෙනෙකු තුවාල ලබා රෝහල් ගත කර ඇත. අනතුරින් පසුව සිදු කරන ලද ඉංජිනේරු ඇස්තමේන්තුවේ දී, රථයේ තට්ටුවට සිදු වී ඇති දැඩි හානි සලකා රථය ධාවනයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමට නිර්දේශ වී ඇති අතර රථයේ එන්ජිම ඇතුළු අමතර කොටස් යොදාගෙන වෙනත් බස් රථයක් අලුත්වැඩියා කොට ධාවනයට එක් කිරීමට ඩිපෝව අපේක්ෂාවෙන් සිටී.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Point Pedro depot, BRIJ bodied Ashok Leyland Viking bus (63-0402) at Kararagama. Rehabilitated (2012) by the depot workers to celebrate the President's induction. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම) පේදුරුතුඩුව ඩිපෝවට අයත් අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් බස් රථයක් කතරගම දී. සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිෂ්පාදිත රථයේ බඳ Brij Associates සමාගමේ නිෂ්පාදිතය. ධාවනය සීමාකර තිබී ඇති රථය, පේදුරුතුඩුව ඩිපෝ සේවක පිරිස විසින් පුනරුත්ථාපනය කර නැවත ධාවනයට සපයා ඇත්තේ ජනාධිපතිතුමා ගේ දෙවන පදවිප්‍රාප්තියේ දෙවන වසර සැමරීම පිණිසයි. 1998 වසරේ එවකට පොකුරු බස් සමාගම් යටතේ ධාවනයට එක්වී ඇත.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Wariyapola depot, BRIJ bodied Ashok Leyland Viking bus (WR 35 / 63-3349) at Anuradhapura. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) වාරියපොළ ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන, බ්‍රිජ් බඳ සහිත අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වර්ගයේ බස් රථයකි. බස් රථය සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිපදවා ඇති අතර බඳ (body) සකසා ඇත්තේ ඉන්දියාවේ BRIJ සමාගම විසිනි. රථය 1999 වසරේ එවකට පොකුරු බස් සමාගම් හා එක් වී ඇත. "එකමුතු ශ්‍රමය, ගමනට දිරිය" වැඩසටහන යටතේ අලුත්වැඩියා කර ධාවනයට සපයා ඇත.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Wattegama depot, BRIJ bodied Ashok Leyland Viking modified bus (WG 29 / 63-3345) in the depot premises. In service from year 2000. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) වත්තේගම ඩිපෝවට අයත් අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් බස් රථයකි. ඉන්දියාවේ BRIJ සමාගම මගින් නිපදවූ මෙම බඳ සහිත බස් රථ 2 ක් පමණක් ශ්‍රී ලංගම රථ ඇණිය සතු වන අතර අනෙක් බස් රථය අයත් වන්නේ කෑගල්ල ඩිපොවටයි.  පසුකාලීන අලුත්වැඩියාවන් වලදී මෙහි මුහුණත පෙනුම සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වෙනස් වී ඇතත් පැති පෙනුම හා පසුපස පෙනුම තවමත් මුල් ආකාරයෙන්ම දැක ගත හැකිය. 2000 වසරේ එවකට පොකුරු බස් සමාගම් හා එකතු වී ඇත.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Panadura Depot Ashok Leyland Viking Brij body bus (PN 83 / NA-1124). The Bus running under route 64 Panadura- Ketawatta via Badulla. (Pic by: Naveen Darshana) -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලංගම) පානදුර ඩිපෝවට අයත් අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් වර්ගයේ බස් රථයකි. මෙම බස්රථය මාර්ග අංක 64 ඔස්සේ පානදුර හා කැටවත්ත අතර ධාවනය බදුල්ල හරහාය. වසර 49 ක් පුරා අකණ්ඩව ධාවනය වන මෙම අපූරු බස් සේවය පිලිබඳ රසවත් කතා පුවතක් ඇත. එම කතා පුවත දිවයින පුවත්පතේ තිලක් පුෂ්පකුමාර සටහන් කර තිබුනේ මෙසේය.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Ratmalana depot, Brij bodied Ashok Leyland Viking Hino Power bus (RL62 / NA-1143) playing on the Galle road at Milagiriya.  -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) රත්මලාන ඩිපෝවට අයත් අශෝක් ලේලේනඩ් වයිකින්ග් බස් රථයකි. සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිෂ්පාදිත මෙම බස් රථයේ බඳ ඉන්දියාවේ බ්‍රිජ් (BRIJ) සමාගම මගින් නිපදවා ඇත. 2005 වසරේ ශ්‍රී ලංගම හා එක්වී ඇත.
