Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Kirindiwela depot, ACCL bodied Ashok Leyland Viking bus (KD 34 / 61-2447) at the Kirindiwela bus stand. Acquired to the PTS fleet in 1991. It is observed that the original appearance of the bus has changed a lot in later times. This photo was taken in December 2012 while it was allocated for the services between Ranwala and Kirindiwela under route number 290.-- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවට අයත්,  අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් කිරිඳිවැල බස් නැවතුමේ දී. සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිෂ්පාදිත රථයේ බඳ ACCL (Automotive Coaches & Components Ltd) සමාගම මගින් නිපදවා ඇත. එවකට ජනතා සන්තක ප්‍රවාහන සේවය යටතේ 1991 වසරේ සේවා සඳහා ඒක වී ඇත. 2012 වසරේ දෙසැම්බර් මස ඡායාරූපය ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේ මාර්ග අංක 290 යටතේ රංවල හා කිරිඳිවැල අතර ධාවනයට යොදවා තිබුණි. පසුකාලීන අලුත්වැඩියාවන් වලදී රථයේ මුල් පෙනුම බොහෝ සෙයින් වෙනස් වී ඇති බව නනිරීක්‍ෂණය වේ.

Body built by Latec Kesco with Duple Metsec (UK) and acquired to the PTS Kirindiwela fleet in 1993. සත් වන මතක සටහන ලෙස ඔබට ගෙන එන්නේ ජනතා සන්තක ප්‍රවාහන සේවය කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝව හා බැඳුණු මතක සටහනකි. 1992 වසරේ සීමාසහිත කිරිඳිවැල ජනතා සන්තක ප්‍රවාහන සේවයේ සේවක පිරිස වසින් මෙම TVS බඳ සහිත අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් බස් රථයෙන් (KD 35 / 61-4150) සුභසාධක චාරිකාවක් පැමිණි අපූරු මතක සටහනකි. මෙම ඡායාරූපය 1992 වසරේ රන්දෙනිගල ප්‍රදේශයේ චාරිකාව අතරතුර ලබගාන්නා ලද්දකි. මෙම මතක සටහනේ හිමිකරුවා වන්නේ එවකට කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවේ රියදුරු මහතෙකු වශයෙන් සේවය කල එම්. පී. රූපසිංහ මහතාය. සුදු වර්ණ සහිත කමිසයකින් ඔහුද ඡායාරූපයේ පෙනී සිටී. අප වෙත එවන ලද්දේ ලංගම බස් අඩවියේ පාඨක අනුර සෝමරතන මහතා විසිනි.

මෙම බස් රථය පිලිබඳ අමතර යමක් සඳහන් කරන්නේ නම්, මෙය සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිමවූ බස් රථයක් වන අතර TVS සමාගමේ එකලස් කරන ලද බඳකින් යුක්ත වී ඇත. රථය උදාගම් වැඩපිළිවෙළ යටතේ කෑරගල මහාබෝධිගම ගම්මානය ආරම්භක අවස්ථාවේදී, මාර්ග අංක 227 යටතේ යටතේ හේනේගම හා කොළඹ අතර ධාවනය සදහා යෙදවූවකි. එලෙස ධාවනය කරවීම සඳහා 1991 වසරේ දී බස්‍ රථය ඩිපෝව වෙත ලබා දී ඇත්තේ භික්‍ෂූන් වහන්සේ නමක් විසිනි. මෙම බඳ සහිත බස් රථ ඉතා සීමිත ගණනක් පමණක් ලංගම යටතේ මෙන්ම සමස්ථ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේම තිබී ඇත.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Kirindiwela depot, Ashok Leyland Viking 193 Hinopower modified bus (KD 40 / NA-5239) at Kararagama. Acquired to the SLTB fleet in 2007. Repaired and modified by the depot workers in 2014 to celebrate the President's induction. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග..ම.) කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවට අයත් අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් 193 හිනොපවර් වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් කතරගම දී. 2007 වසරේ ශ්‍රී ලංගම හා එක් වී ඇති මෙම බස් රථය සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිමවා ඇත. පසු කාලීනව විවිධ හේතුන් මත ධාවනයන් සීමා කර තිබී ඇති මෙම බස් රථය හිටපු ජනාධිපතිතුමාගේ දෙවන පදවිප්‍රාප්තියේ සිව් වන වසර සැමරීම නිමිත්තෙන් කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවේ සේවක පිරිස විසින් 2014 වසරේ දෙසැම්බර් මස අලුත්වැඩියා කර ධාවනයට එක් කර තිබේ. අළුත්වැඩියාවේ දී රථය මුල් පෙනුමෙන් වෙනස් කොට එයට නව මුහුණුවරක් ලබාදීමට උත්සහ කර ඇති බව නිරීක්‍ෂණය වේ.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Kirindiwela depot, Wesco ISUZU MT 112 modified bus (KD12 / 63-3050) at Kararagama. Rehabilitated and modified by the depot workers in 2013 to celebrate the President's induction. --  ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවට අයත් වෙස්කෝ ඉසුසූ වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් කතරගම දී. 1999 වසරේ වෙස්කෝ සමාගම මගින් ඩියුපල් මෙට්සෙක් තාක්ෂනය යටතේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ නිමවා ඇති මෙම බස් රථය පසු කාලීනව ධාවනයන් සීමා කොට තිබියෙදී මෙලෙස ජනාධිපතිතුමාගේ දෙවන පදවිප්‍රාප්තියේ තෙවන වසර සැමරීම නිමිත්තෙන් කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවේ සේවක පිරිස විසින් පුනරුත්ථාපනය කර නැවත ධාවනයට එක් කර තිබේ. මෙම රථයේ ඇති විශේෂත්වයක් නම් මෙහි වායු සමන පද්දතියදට යලි පණ දිය හැකි අයුරින් නිමවා තිබීමයි. ස්වංක්‍රීය විදුලි සීනු වැනි තවත් අමතර උපාංග රැසක් ද රථය සතුය. රථයේ බාහිර පෙනුම බොහෝ සෙයින් මුල් පෙනුමෙන් වෙනස් වී තිබෙන බව නිරීක්‍ෂණය වන අතරම ධාවනයෙන් ඉවත් කල Hino HT වර්ගයේ සුනාමි බස් රථ වල කොටස් උපයෝගී කර ගනිමින් අලුත්වැඩියා කර ඇති බවද නිරීක්‍ෂණය වේ.

Acquired to the SLCTB fleet in 1979. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවට අයත් ශ්‍රී ලං.ම.ග.ම. විසින් බඳ සැකසූ අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් ඩිපෝ පරිශ්‍රයේ දී. ආසන 36 කින් යුතු මෙම රථය 1979 වසරේ ජනවාරි මස ඩිපෝවට ලැබී ඇත.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Kirindiwela depot, TVS bodied Ashok Leyland Viking bus (KD 59 /62-6455) in the Colombo central bus stand. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් බස් රථයකි. සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඉන්දියාවේ නිෂ්පාදිත රථයේ බඳ ටී.වී.එස්. (IRIZAR TVS) සමාගම මගින් නිපදවා ඇත. කටාන විවිධ සේවා සමූපකාර සමිතිය යටතේ ධාවනය වූ මෙම බස් රථ 05ක් පසුව මෙලෙස ලංගම හා එක් වී ඇත. මෙම බස් රථයේ පිටුපස පෙනුම කිරිඳිවැල බස් නැවතුම්පොළේ දී ලබාගත් ඡායාරූපයක් පහතින් ඇත.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Kirindiwela depot, Ruby bodied TATA LP 909/36 bus (KD 01 / 63-1983) at the Kirindiwela bus stand. Body built by Ruby bus pvt. ltd. This bus rehabilitated (2010) by the Kirindiwela depot workers to celebrate the President's induction. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන ටාටා LP 909/36 බස් රථයක් කිරිඳිවැල බස් නැවතුම්පොළේ දී. ග්‍රාමීය ප්‍රවාහන සේවා වෙනුවෙන් 1999 වසරේ එවකට පොකුරු බස් සමාගම් වෙත ලැබී ඇති මෙම බස් රථවල බඳ නිෂ්පාදනය කර ඇත්තේ ඉන්දියාවේ රූබී (RUBY) සමාගම මගිනි. ධාවනයෙන් ඉවත්කර තිබුණු මෙම බස් රථය ජනාධිපතිතුමාගේ දෙවන පදවිප්‍රාප්තියේ පළමු වසර (2010) සැමරීම නිමිත්තෙන් කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවේ සේවක පිරිස විසින් පුනරුත්ථාපනය කර නැවත ධාවනයට එක් කර තිබේ. ඡායාරූප ලබාගනන්නා අවස්ථාවේ වේයන්ගොඩ හා කිරිඳිවැල අතර ධාවනයට යොදවා තබුණි.

Rehabilitated and modified by the depot workers (2012) to celebrate the President's induction. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම) කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවට අයත් වෙස්කෝ ටාටා LPO 1313/55 වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් කතරගම දී. මම බස් රථ වල මුල් බඳ වෙස්කෝ සමාගම මගින් ඩියුපල් මෙට්සෙක් තාක්ෂනය යටතේ පුදගලීකරණය කරන ලද ලංගම වේරහැර මධ්‍යම වැඩපොලේ දී එකලස් කර ඇත. වසර ගණනක් ධාවනයෙන් ඉවත්ව තිබුණු මෙම බස් රථය ජනාධිපතිතුමාගේ දෙවන පදවිප්‍රාප්තියේ දෙවන වසර සැමරීම නිමිත්තෙන් කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවේ සේවක පිරිස විසින් මෙලෙස පුනරුත්ථාපනය කර නැවත ධාවනයට එක් කර තිබේ. භාවිතයට නොගන්නා, ආයතනය සතු සම්පත් මෙලෙස ඵලදායී ලෙස යොදාගෙන ජනතා සේවාවන්ට යෙදවීම සැබවින්ම පැසසිය යුතු කරුණකි.

Sri Lanka Transport Board Kirindiwela depot, Dimo TATA LPO 1313/47 bus (KD 02 / 62-1791) in the depot premises. Body built by Dimo Lanka auto assembly Ltd. Acquired in 1994. Rehabilitated and modified by depot workers to celebrate the President's induction. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන ඩිමෝ ටාටා LPO 1313/47 වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් ඩිපෝ පරිශ්‍රයේදී. මම බස් රථ වල බඳ ඩිමෝ ලංකා සමාගම මගින් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ දී එකලස් කර ඇත. විවිධ හේතුන් නිසා මෙම බස් රථ බොහොමයක් ධාවනයෙන් ඉවත්ව තිබුනත් ඇතැම් ඩිපෝවල තවමත් මෙලෙස ධාවන මට්ටමේ පවතී. ධාවනයෙන් ඉවත්ව තිබුණු මෙම බස් රථයද ජනාධිපතිතුමාගේ දෙවන පදවිප්‍රාප්තියේ පළමු වසර සැමරීම නිමිත්තෙන්  කිරිඳිවැල ඩිපෝවේ සේවක පිරිස විසින් පුනරුත්ථාපනය කර නැවත ධාවනයට එක් කර තිබේ. අලුත්වැඩියාවේ දී ධාවනයෙන් ඉවත් කල සුනාමි බස් රථ කොටස් උපයෝගී කොට ගෙන ඇති බව පෙනෙන්නට තිබේ.
