London transport ආයතනයේ භාවිතා කල මෙම රථ පසුව ලංගම සඳහා මිලදී ගෙන ඇති අතර මෙම රථයේ එංගලන්ත ඇණි අංකය RTL 763 ලෙස වේ.  Leyland වර්ගයේ තට්ටු යොදාගෙන "London Transport" ආයතනයේ පිරිවිතරයන්ට අනුව බඳ නිමවා ඇති මෙම බස් රථ ලන්ඩන් නගරයට ආවේණික සංඛේතයක් බඳුය. අවාසනාවට මෙන් වත්මන් ශ්‍රී ලංගම සතුව මෙම වර්ගයේ එක් බස් රථයක් හෝ නොමැත. මෙම ඡායාරූපය ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේ රථය දළවැල්ල හා ගාල්ල අතර ධාවනයට යොදවා තිබී ඇත. ඡායාරූපය: John Shearman. උපුටා ගැනීම: "Sri Lankan Buses - Past & Present" නම් ග්‍රන්ථයෙනි. ප්‍රකාශනය:buses worldwide.

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Matugama depot, Leyland Comet supply division vehicle (23ශ්‍රී2836) in the depot premises. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) මතුගම ඩිපෝවට අයත් ලේලන්ඩ් කොමට් වර්ගයේ සම්පාදන සේවා රථයක් ඩිපෝ පරිශ්‍රයේ දී. 1967 වසරේ ධාවනයට එක්වූ ලංගම බඳ සහිත බස් රථයක්, පසු කාලීනව මෙලෙස පොදු සේවා වලින් ඉවත්කර සම්පාදන සේවා සඳහා යොදාගෙන ඇත. රථය ඩිපෝවේ ඉන්ධන සම්පාදනය සඳහා යොදා ගැනේ.

Ceylon Transport Board (CTB) Meetotamulla depot, ex London Transport Leyland RTW double-decker bus (23ශ්‍රී3078) in Colombo Fort. Allocated for the services on the route no. 166 between Angoda and Fort. Photo by: Andy on flickr -- ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ලං.ග.ම) මීතොටමුල්ල ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වූ Leyland  RTW වර්ගයේ තට්ටු දෙකේ බස් රථයක් කොළඹ දී. 1967 වසරේ ලංගමට ලැබී ඇති මෙම දෙමහල් බස් රථය, ලන්ඩනයේ ධාවනය වී පසුව ලංගම මගින් මිලදී ගත්තකි. 1973 වසරේ ඡායාරූපය ලබාගෙන ඇති අවස්ථාවේ මාර්ග අංක 166 යටතේ අංගොඩ හා කොළඹ කොටුව අතර ධාවනයට යොදවා තිබී ඇත. කෙසේ වූවද මේ වන මාර්ග අංක 166 යටතේ කිසිදු ශ්‍රී ලංගම බස් රථයක් ධාවනය නොවේ. ඡායාරූපය: Andy on flickr.
