An MG Alma-bodied Ashok Leyland Luxura luxury bus operated by the Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB), Ambalantota Depot, bearing registration number NE-4256, is seen arriving at the Makumbura Multimodal Center (MMC) from Hambantota. The bus was obtained from Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC on a temporary hire basis and was allocated for expressway operations between Makumbura and Hambantota via Agunukolapelessa. These hired luxury buses were deployed to provide passenger transport services along this expressway corridor. The photograph was taken on 29 August 2026 in front of the Makumbura Multimodal Center, as the bus arrived from Hambantota. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනානගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) අම්බලන්තොට ඩිපෝව යටතේ ධාවනය වන MG Alma බඳ සහිත අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් ලක්සරා වර්ගයේ බස් රථයක් මාකුඹුර බහුවිධ ප්‍රවාහන මධ්‍යස්ථානය ඉදිරිපිට දී. ලංකා අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් (පොදු) සමාගම මගින් තාවකාලික කුලී පදනම මත ඩිපෝවට ලබාගත් බස් රථය මාකුඹුර හා හම්බන්තොට අතර අධිවේගී මාර්ග සේවා සඳහා යොදවා තිබුණි. මෙම ඡායාරූපය 2026 අගෝස්තු මස 29 වන දින බස් රථය හම්බන්තොට සිට මාකුඹුර බලා පැමිණෙන අවස්ථාවේ ලබා ගන්නා ලදී.
