  7. Only sltb works in 457 panadura kidelpitiya from 7 th July
No buses during rush hours only overcrowded private buses where there is no space to cram in to for eg no sltb buses work from 6am to 9am (needed times) then school hours no buses work from 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm (needed time) then only one bus work from 5.00 pm to 8.00pm

  9. Serious Concern Regarding SLTB Route 457

I would like to raise a serious concern specifically about SLTB Route 457. While many other SLTB routes continue to operate normally, Route 457 repeatedly faces irregular service reductions and buses failing to operate.

Passengers, especially students and daily commuters, are left waiting for long periods while buses on other routes continue operating as usual. This is one of the reasons people in Sri Lanka cannot get to school, classes, work, appointments or home on time. How can passengers be expected to arrive on time when the public transport service they depend on is so unpredictable?

When Route 457 buses do not operate, passengers are forced to use overcrowded private buses or spend extra money on alternative transport. This is unfair to the people who depend on SLTB every day.

Route 457 should receive the same attention and reliability as other operating routes. We respectfully request SLTB management to investigate why this route repeatedly experiences these issues and ensure a consistent and reliable service. Public transport should help people get where they need to be on time—not make them late.
