Latec re-bodied Ashok Leyland Viking 193 bus from SLTB Ja-Ela depot

Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) Ja-Ela depot, Latec re-bodied Ashok Leyland Viking 193 bus (JL 12 / 29ශ්‍රී8762) at Ganemulla. A bus that was completed by Sri Lanka Central Transport Board and put into operation in 1982. As the original body of the bus later dilapidated, a new body was assembled by the Latec (pvt) Ltd and put on to the services. This photo was taken in October 2012 while it was allocated for the service between Ganemulla and Ja-Ela under route number 278. -- ශ්‍රී ලංකා ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලයේ (ශ්‍රී ලං.ග.ම.) ජා-ඇල ඩිපෝවට අයත්, ලටෙක් සමාගම මගින් නැවත බඳ සැකසූ අශෝක් ලේලන්ඩ් වයිකින්ග් 193 බස් රථයකි. මෙම බස් රථයේ මුල් බඳ ලංකා මධ්‍යම ගමනාගමන මණ්ඩලය මගින් එකලස් කර 1982 වසරේ ධාවනයට එක් කර ඇති අතර පසුකාලීනව මුල් බඳ අබලන් වීම නිසා ලටෙක් සමාගම වෙත යවා නව බඳක් එකලස් කොට නැවත ධාවනයට සපයා ඇත. 2012 වසරේ ඡායාරූප ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේ මාර්ග අංක 278 යටතේ ජා-ඇල සහ ගනේමුල්ල අතර ධාවනයට යොදවා තිබුණි.
